MOTIVATION



1.       Don’t WISH for it.  WORK for it!

2.       I may not be there yet, but I’m closer than I was yesterday.

3.       A year from now, I’ll be glad you started today.

4.       Work like a DOG.  Sweat like a PIG.  Look like a FOX.

5.       You can be SORE tomorrow or SORRY tomorrow.  The choice is yours.

6.       Whether you think you CAN or think you CAN’T, you’re right.


7.       The only difference between TRY and TRIUMPH is a little umph.

8.       If you’re tired of starting over, stop quitting!

9.       Today is another chance to make yourself proud.

10.   It’s not that some people have willpower and others don’t.  It’s that some people are ready for a change.

11.   What doesn’t CHALLENGE us doesn’t CHANGE us.

12.   Never let what you CAN’T do interfere with what you CAN do.


13.   Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

14.   Just…five…more…minutes.

27.   The next six months are going to come and go whether I workout or not.  But my decision could drastically change the way I look and feel.

30.   DEAD LAST is greater than DID NOT FINISH which still trumps DID NOT START.
