FIRST THING
I slept like CRAP last night. Actually, it would be more accurate to say that I didn't really sleep all that much last night. I went to bed at 11:30pm. The last time I looked at the clock, it was 5 'til 3am. That's when I changed my alarm clock from going off at 5:30 to 7:30.
HOW I FEEL
I fought depression and tears much of yesterday. And that's exactly how my day started today. But I've gotten better as the day progressed. Don't get me wrong, I don't intend to go hang out in a crowd, but at least I stopped crying. I'm really hoping this is short-lived.
TODAY'S MENU
Fruit for breakfast. Salad for lunch. Something new for dinner. All in all, not too bad.
Breakfast: an orange and a dozen cherries (I probably should have eaten more, but I was already late.) |
Lunch: my salad was very red and greed today, with baby greens and spinach, avocado, Roma tomato, red bell pepper, and vinaigrette |
Dinner: sweet potato and roasted red pepper bisque and steamed asparagus with almond slivers |
WEIGHT
This morning's weigh-in: 210.0
That's a 1.6 lb gain, putting me down 7.8 lbs total. Wow, starting to look like a yo-yo. Up 0.6 on Saturday, down 1.2 on Sunday, up 1.6 on Monday. Hmmm.
