Early Bedtime


Did you know that an earlier bedtime can facilitate weight-loss?  It can also result in more productive mornings.  Not to mention, there's a better opportunity to get more hours of sleep...and still get to work on time.

I worked a full day, went to the dentist, gave blood, and got a run/walk workout in.  I'm thinking this is the PERFECT day for an early bedtime!
