19 weeks...

...and exactly 16% of the way to my goal.  I was totally expecting a gain this week...because I've really been slacking on my dieting and I didn't really get much working out in this week.  So, I lost .2 lbs.  Good enough for a loss.  But I really need to get back to taking this more seriously.

I have been off my feet for most of the last two weeks, and I have eaten fast food more in those two weeks than I have in the last two months...maybe three months. I have gained a couple of pounds, putting me about 7 lbs over what I want to be this Friday (I do my measuring and stuff on Fridays).

Still, I have lost about 15 lbs since the beginning of July, so I am not complaining.
