Rest Day

I ran/walked Monday.  46 minutes, 2+ miles, 420 calories burned.
I ran/walked Tuesday.  53 minutes, 3.37 miles, 454 calories burned.
I ran/walked Wednesday.  53 minutes, 3.1 miles, 475 calories burned.

Today, my body is screaming!  So I plan to take the night off from working out.  I'll get back on the road tomorrow.
